THE ISAC PROJECT METHODOLOGY

Our consultants aim at identifying optimisation potential in ongoing processes of spare parts logistics promptly, or at defining and realising workable and efficient solutions fast when it comes to planning processes which need to be developed from scratch. Here the ISAC-methodology proves its worth as it enables our consultants to familiarise themselves quickly with complex processes that arise at our customer's.

The ISAC-defined 'Referenz-Prozess-Haus' (RPH - Reference-Process-House) forms the basis; it already describes a number of processes in an ideal model. Using this "jig", existing and planned processes at our customer's are compared with the ideal solution. Problems which have not been defined yet are integrated into the RPH so that the individual situation can be mapped in a realistic way at the customer's.

FROM EVALUATION
TO REALISATION

Based on the results of the evaluation ISAC Consulting develops the IT-design in accordance with the business scenarios defined in the business blueprint. IT-design and business blueprint converge until the optimum solution is found.

The requirements resulting from this can be validated in a prototype in future system landscapes. After the end of the evaluation phase the final IT-design is adopted together with the customer and realised in the implementation phase in the form of a system adaptation.
